Located at East Road next to the Central Bus Station in Abu Dhabi, it is a highly functional and yet extraordinary office building. The C-112 is accommodating all the parking spaces required by the new ADM rules and still featuring a first-class appearance through an automatic parking system.

The revolving solar panels create and save energy through shading and by keeping the light qualities of natural day light diffused into the rooms. As natural day light is a proven factor for a productive and healthy working environment this is very important. The complete roof of the building is covered by solar panels for cooling, which is saving another part of the building’s energy consumption.
